Default Fuse Replacement Question

The controls for the driver/passenger seats of my 97 Discovery suddenly stopped working! Could this be caused by a burnt fuse? If it is, which fuse is it and where is it located? I looked under the hood and saw the fusebox but it didn't specify anything for the seat controls! Thanks in advace for your kind replies!

There are fuses behind the panel under the steering wheel that control your seat switches. I've had one of these blow and take out the seat switches. Can't remember which fuse, but I just inspected all of them until I found the blown one.

The fuse locations will be in the owners manual.
I believe that there is also a diagram on the fuse panel cover.
Like already stated under the steering wheel, 2 thumb screws, have a turn with a quarter and the panel folds down.

Either there are under each seat, which is where the D2 seat fuses are located.
