Default Fuse Replacement Question

The driver/passenger seat controls in my 97 Discovery suddenly stopped functioning! Could this be caused by a burnt fuse? If it is, which fuse is it and where is it located at? I opened the hood and saw the fuse box, but it didn't specify which one is for the seat controls! Thanks in advance!

I dont' have the owners manual, Mike! I just checked under the hood by the battery compartment! Now I noticed that the lighter doesn't work either!
