Default Fuse Short I think I found culprit but...

Does anyone know where this wire connects to? I washed my truck yesterday and right after my number 15 fuse blew second from bottom in engine compartment. I think this might be the reason why. Thanks....

You need flash on to show the wire.
That area has a lot of harnesses as you know.
Probably the harness is rubbing against the metal and you
have chaffed a wire and it is shorting against something sharp down there.

You can buy that plastic covering at NAPA and re-do any wires missing the covering down there.

I can't see the lose wire from the photo. Sorry.
