Hmm... sounds like I know the next set of tires ill be getting, at the curent moment i have on Firestone Destination tires, Im thinking of getting another set because I will most likely not be going on trails, mainly just highway miles. But then again with Louisiana weather, A/T tires do sound very nice. A question, how big of a factor do A/T tires drop the MPG from highway tires

Well I was trying to decide between those two exact brands and models I chose Grabber AT2 and love them. I have 265/75/16 on my Disco 2. I install BFG AT'sall day long and never do install grabbers so I thought I would try them out myself because I had been offroad in a F150 with grabber AT and it did great. Well I love my grabbers is all I can say for the price difference it was sure worth it the BFG do have sidewall protection but the generals are pretty thick and stiff also since they only come in 10ply in the AT2's. Also they balanced out real good compared to all the BFG AT's so they ride pretty good also.
