Get new coils with new shocks. Has he weighed your disco at each corner? Length compressed/extended? Not much use having really nice shocks if they're not right for the vehicle.

fwiw- just put new TF shocks on this weekend. greatly improved the ride and gained about an inch of height. however, having done that, I will be getting springs soon.
