Well I have been having a prob with my Land Rover shutting off while stoped. No engine lites or codes. She shuts down then I start her up again and she runs fine.I have replaced the spark plugs, wires, mass air flow censor, ideal air, tps, crank censor, alternator, batt, Batt conectors and fuel pump.Land rover hooked it up to the scanner and found nothing. At this point dont know what to do

What year is it? How many miles? I'm assuming it's a discovery 2, because that's the forum you've posted in, but I've been wrong before.

Do you have sun roofs? Someone posted somewhere recently that he has seen a couple of D2 come in recently that had symptoms similar to crank position sensor failing that was really corrosion in one of the fuse boxes.

A few months ago i has the same issue, i replaced sensors.scanned the system kept happening to the point where i.could not getit to start at all. Ended up being the Fuel pump multifunction switch. It would cause the rover to die as soon as the switch got hot. I had to thenhave it.towed to a local repair shop since I was new to the rover. The part is about 160 if I remember correctly. I do blame my sun roofs for causing.possible corrosion in the unit. Found that they both leaked. Runs.like.a champ.no.issues since
