In the future, always use an 8 or ten ply to handle the top heavy motion of a Disco.

These are not the definitive tires that I've selected for this vehicle. In the future will bump up to a 285 I would imagine. I got a spare set of 16" rims with the truck so I'll keep the tires I got on it now as a back up set. Thanks for the advice though.

So, what are you going to use for a lift?

Thumbs up

Very nice Mudd, I didn't know 265/75's would fit without a lift. Looking forward to seeing it once you get the lift fitted. What shocks are you going with to match those springs that fell in your lap?

looks nice, take lots of shots when you have your lift on so we can see the change.

Man I bet those rub pretty hard. Keep your eye on craigslist or similar for a spare, don't want to get caught without one. You'll have to flip the spare carrier.

I just went to Summit (racing) and got Bilstein HD's and then went to Tricor and got all new hardware grade 8. I swear by Bilstein, I put em on everything I own. I can hardly wait till tomorrow for lift day!!!

No they dont rub hardly at all man, I was surprised too.

Mike I got a free set of Old Man springs... see my other post for details.

And ya I might do a comprehensive write up on the lift... idk depends on how much we drink tomorrow weather or not I take all the necessary pictures.
