Green sludge in oil cap. Timing cover? or slipped liner?
If you just had the head gaskets done 100 miles ago, I'd give the coolant system a chance to purge itself of air. Depending on the coolant system condition, it could take a bit of driving and bleeding to get all of the air out. Are you getting any type of waterfall sound from the dash area? This is usually a good indicator that there is still air in the system, too.
I'd wipe the oil cap clean, which are you sure this happen since your head gasket job or maybe before and you just didn't notice? I'd not go crazy over this quite yet, maybe monitor it closely and fill as needed for a few days and see what happens.
Side note...
I had three slipped sleeves on our 03, one cylinder/piston was extremely steam cleaned, while two others were just cleaned around one side of the piston. It had quite a tick after warming up. Coolant loss was very minimal and never threw any misfire codes.
