Default grill removal with brushguard

I need to pull the grill so I can replace the fan motor on my '03, it's seized. Do I need to remove the brush guard to remove the grill? I removed the three plastic rivets at the top of the grill but did not see any other fasteners. What's the trick? Thanks.

Pull it slightly toward you and lift up. It has two post that just sits in 2 holes at the bottom. Not sure how close your brush guard is to it but you should have room.

Take the lower head light trim pieces off first.
