Default Grounding Points

Anybody know of the best grounding points on the Disco II? Or the best way to ground an aftermarket MP3 player module? I've got everything working somewhat well, but the grounding wire doesn't seem happy. Currently I have everything tied in below the steering column and the grounding wire tapped into the steel of the car below the fuse box. It works... but not well. A little buzzing at times... especially when the RPMs on the vehicle increase!

Any electrical gurus out there?!

Two choices I've used in the past work well. Either pull the head unit and find where the ground is connected and use that. Second and best is anywhere on the frame.

It depends on where you are. If you are in the front, i found a bolt in the back that was grounded to the chassis and it worked for me. IF you are in the back hooking up amps the best ones i found are what I assume to be drain plugs of some kind. Huge bolts that go right into the vehicle. Works for me.
