She is named after the original Gumby - a late Series IIa Diesel 88" that my father and I bought together and repaired.

Now for some details:

She is a
1996 Land Rover Discovery SE7
4.0l V8 (Standard, I know)
5 speed manual
Avalon Blue
Tan leather interior
169,000 miles

Excellent drivetrain (engine, trans, etc.)
Paint is rough (I will open a thread in the appropriate forum)
Seats are rough, new ones (to me) on the way
Has SRS light on
Passenger seat does not recline
Rear windows do not work (don't care)
Cruise Control does not work (will fix)

I have a partial (1st and 3rd owner) maint record/log
3rd owner was a mechanic who took great care of her.

The rear windows not working is common on a DI, the window lift ecu has a cracked solder joint, remove the window lift ecu, re-solder the broken joint, windows now work.
30 min job.
