"rear left corner valve power amplifier open circuit. fault logged"

I replaced the shuttle valves a few months ago and have been getting intermittent 3 amigos.

It's also showing a ride height sensor out of range but that is due to coil spring conversion.

 

First what are the fault code numbers, so we can help you. If you have someone with the proper scanner, turn off the SLS in the computer, that warning light will go off.

 

Mike, they did not give me the fault code numbers. This place pulls codes for free but wants you to buy a diagnoses.

 

Go to RSWsolutions.com, the maker of the 3 amigo scanner, he has a list of all the code number, what they are and how to test for them.

 

Check the connection on that ground wire you bolted to the chassis to see if it's still secure and making good metal to metal contact. The have a habit of working themselves loose. See the red ground wire going to the chassis below.

Ok, thanks. A loose ground wire does make sense. I hit a bump in the road one time and the 3 amigos came on. However, other times they just came on randomly.

 

Coors, I replaced my shuttle valves with new ones. I didn't do the splice fix so I do not have a ground wire like the one in the pic you posted.

Thanks bosshogt but I think I'm just going to purchase one. I see this being an on-going issue.
