Has anyone heard of this guy selling Drive shafts??
I found this website in my search for a complete DIY drive shaft replacement for my 2003 Discovery. I live in St. Croix USVI and I highly doubt I will find a shop that will be able to rebuild my current drive shaft and I would have greater peace of mind if i do it myself.

I think that I would just buy one from Tom Woods. This guy could be alright but I do not know.
Either way I would grease it every oil change, not every 15,000 miles like he said.

4046363636 is his number. That happens to be my fathers shop. They have been putting these driveshafts on discoverys for over 4 years and have had no warranty claims to this day. Yes its a little more expensive but its worth it, it fixes the problem and stayes fixed, so why not pay a little extra for quality? Example he works on my 01 discovery 2 with 182,500 miles and shes as good as the day we bought her.
Feel free to call him and he wil explain the differencebetween driveshaft anf others.

Guys, for the price you can get bits for, and fora few hours work (max) rebuild it yourself and save a LOT of money, seriously, its not hard at all. I did myUJ's afew weeks ago, but at the timenever replaced the centre bearing as I just could not get one over here, but I bought one from over where you lot are, and today rebuilt it again with new centering bearing
