Default Has anyone used URO Hoses?

Replacing my hoses along with t-stat. Is anyone familiar with URO Hoses? British Parts of Utah has them, and they are on Amazon as well.

Wondering what the quality is. I've heard they can be pretty soft out of the box.

I've never used any of the Fluid hoses but have used the Vaccum hoses. Kind of hard to get a Vac hose wrong. You could get some great pricing from BPU on Factory hoses. For the one or two additional times your going to need to replace I would go with Land Rover Parts for any cooling lines just for piece of mine.

My first-hand info is limited to volvo stuff. Their pcv kit didnt fit right and I then read a review saying his URO kit failed in less than a year. Since replacement involves taking the exhaust manifold and the turbo hoses off, I returned the URO and got genuine volvo. There was a noticable difference in quality.

Their hoses seem like theyre made of foam rubber or something. I certainly wouldnt want to use their stuff on the finicky rover cooling system...piece of mind and all.

I'm not a chemist but I would be willing to bet the actual rubber used in the creation of the URO hoses is less quantity than a premium hose being rubber is probably the most costly component of the hose.
