Default HDC and TC Light on, need help with diagnosis

All,
Over the past 6 months my HDC light has illuminated intermittently on my 2001 Disco 2, the other day in the brutal cold the HDC light and TC light came on and stayed on. Also my throttle began to stick.
I have done the following:
Tested ABS on ice and snow, ABS cycles normally and works as it should
Cleaned the throttle body and MAF (no more sticking throttle)
Read the ABS with my Autel AL619 which pulled the following codes:
Brake light really open circuit
Brake light relay short to internal supply
Sticking throttle detected

I read on the RSW site that these ABS faults could indicate several various problems most notably HDC relay failure and that it should be replaced.

Tried to find the HDC relay, have had trouble finding it. Can anyone offer help/advice?
Thanks! Birdog
