Headers

I don't recall ever finding anyone who made them? Maybe you could settle for a new pair of stockers, gasket match them then get them Jethot coated? They have em for D1's but I think thats because these have secondary air injection. Maybe you could use D1 pair but youll lose SAI and have to live with the code (and find someone to do your emissions inspection )

Hedman Performance Group good luck, you will not gain any power or MPG and they will rust out before you have paid them off.
Plus they are loud, and have to be modified to fit correctly, and they radiate more heat to the engine compartment.
I was seriously thinking about them because I have a cracked exhaust manifold, after talking to several mechanic friends I was talked out of it.
You will need to wrap them with header wrap to keep the heat down.

you have 2000 do you even have secondary air?
if you wrap steel header they will wrought twice as quick.
gasket match & ceramic coat stock a set is about the only thing I could think of they would flow a little better and keep the heat in the engine bay down.
I wonder if RR manifolds would clear at least the are tubular and not just cast iron log like the d2 manifolds.

No I don,t have SAI and if I am putting headers on I would also up grade cam. I believe Piper Torque Cams offer a good upgaded cam kit that comes with new cam, and lifters, timing chain set and all new gaskets required for about $325 which is good considering a new timing set is 100 or so anyways and i still have to replace it anyways. Also If i put headers in I was going to get high flow cats and custom stainless steel exhaust done followed by flowmaster pro series shorty muffler with it.
