I noticed that one of my headlight bulb is not as bright as the other. I know that I need to change them both (I do not think it was done in the past).
What buld is most recommemded. I hear bad things about putting the blue light on such a high truck. A friend recommended the Sylvania Silverstar halogen high performance bulb. Any suggestions. I am looking for a clean white light.

Input greatly appreciated.

Most people hate driving towards the blue lights, especially coming from a tall truck.
If you are OK with the amount of light from your truck, just buy regular replacement bulbs. If you want more wattage, consider going to Hella, they make a couple differnt wattage combinations that are brighter, you see further but they don't bother other people.

 

I agree with Mike, I got some blue headlights for my Rover and was getting brighted all of the time. I also could see reflective signs for miles, but not much through the dark woods. Watch you color tone when buying......

i run em and i like em! i dont get flashed either.

 

Really, and do they really put 150 watts on the ground? Have you had to change your wire harness?
