Year and model would help, do your lights have drain tubes?

My old FedEx E-250 had the same problem with the front turn signal's, they were full of water when I got the van, a small drill bit and I put two holes in the bottom, one on each sideand one in the middle on the top, water drained out and the condensation went away after a couple of weeks in the hot summer sun.

Hey sorry about that. It is a 2003 Discovery SE. I don't recollect if it has drain tubes or not. I believe it is sealed. I just bought protector film to lengthen the life of the units and put them on today but they shouldn't have anything to do with condensation that I've had for about a month now.

Yup, I get condensation. '03 also. I havn't investigated a fix yet but I assume it won't be covered under warranty.....even if it is supposed to be covered under warranty. You know how that goes.

I had the same problem with mine just after I picked her up. Good News, it is covered under warranty (if you're still in warranty).

As Spike mentioned, if you don't have drain tubes, a small hole drilled in the bottom of the housing will take care of it.

Do you recall if they replaced the whole assembly or if it was just a seal or the like. I ask because I would like to know how others have had the problem handled when the svc. dept tells me LR isn't going to cover it. Perhaps a bit cynical but I don't feel like the dealer really pushes the warranty people very much. Thanks!

If you are getting condensation after buld replacement it is most likely the bulb isint seated properly and is letting moisture in from behind the bulb.
