Anyone know about what it should cost to replace the headliner in an 03 DII without sunroofs?

I want to make sure I'm getting accurate quotes when I start calling some shops.

 

Did mine for 170, but I had to do the removal and install

 

I had a guy do mine for $280 with 2 sunroofs.

 

Price quotes vary per city/state.
[ul][*]buying 3yds of material at your local supplier might cost you $25[*]buying 3yds of material on-line might cost you $50-70[*]you doing the remove and install and bringing your board to a shop might cost you $150-170[*]droping your truck at garage and letting them do everything might cost you $280-300[/ul]
All the above price is a guess on my part.

 

i'm in baton rouge...where did you get yours done & do you recommend them? i was thinking of tackling it myself, until i saw what you paid.

Did mine for $50.00. I stripped out the old saggy liner and sprayed rubberized 3M coating in its place. If I could do it again I would spray closer to the headliner board and in thinner coats. Overall I like it and it seems to work well. It is also slightly quieter since the rubber coat absorbs more sound.

I just got my headliner done yesterday for $200 with 2 sunroofs with a lifetime warranty (as long as you own the car). By the way, I'm from San Diego. It took them a day to finish it, but he said they could get it done by noon if you drop it off around 8am. The guy was really nice and courteus. I would definitely do business with them again.
