headrest issue

Default headrest issue
either i'm justdumb and cant figure it out or theres some trick to it. i cant the the head rest all the way off, i have seat covers i'm trying to put on but they have to go under the head rests, any suggestions???

you have to twist the plastic collars on top of the seatbackabout1/4 way round whilst pulling upto release the headrest legs. Took me a while the first time I did it to
