Before I tear into my panel to check for the heated seat wiring, maybe someone hear can save me some time.

I have a 2003 D2 S (Duragrain seats). Were these pre-wired w/ heating packs?

What is "duragrain?"

 

I have the duragrain seats as well, but the heated seat controls came with mine from the dealer. To the best of my knowledge, all D2 seats have the heating elements and wiringin them, and all that's needed are the controls to hook them up.

Almost like leather but not quite

 

The Durgrain surface is the entire reason I bought an S model. My interior looks brand new and it's 5 years old. The stuff is great.

Thanks for the reply geo. I'm going to take the panel off for sure now to see if the wiring is there.

 

My 9 year old D2's leather doe look like brand new cause I saddle soap and treat it twice a year.
