Default Heated Seat issues

I'm the proud owner of a 2004 HSE7. I've been impressed with everything its had to offer, but I've been having some issues with the heated seats. Ironically they worked throughout the summer. I'd always check them just to make sure. Now that winter is here the lights in both switches will not turn on when they click and neither seat will heat up? Someone please help as it is getting colder and this was one of the features I was looking forward to!

Both my compass and my cigarette lighter seem to be working fine.

They are on the same fuse. Pop the switch out and see if there are any loose connections.

Sorry to ask, but could you explain how to pull the switch out? I'm not sure I even know where it is.

I checked the cigarette lighter and the compass earlier. It seems the cigarette lighter isn't working, but the compass remains functional. What does this mean?

You can't light a smoke while driving, but you know the compass direction while driving to the store to buy a lighter?

Sorry...I'm just kidding...check fuse 15 in the passenger compartment fuse box, heater module, temperature control unit, seat heater multiplug and your seat heater switch connections.

Are you sure they worked in the summer?

Check RAVE starting on page 1006 and go through each component.
