Hello and buying advice please
Hi everyone,
So I've been looking at a '01 SE with 112k miles on it
Was visually in really nice shape, drove it seemed to drive nice (a little floaty but it was windy out)
The good
Had a catalytic replaced
Had the A/C recharged was not working
Brakes were done
Price seems fair (asking $4500)
The Bad
Needs tires soon
Had the A/C recharged was not working (i'm guessing it's not that simple)
One door handle does not work
Head liner was sagging a little bit over the passenger front seat
Drivers seat seemed to have a tiny bit of a rock to it
Oil under the car (pictures to follow)
This is going to be a 4th car not used too much, just when the family is going somewhere together or we just need the room, all short trips
definitely not a daily driver
The oil and the A/C are my main concerns, just wanted to know what all of you thought since you are all filmier with this model
Thanks in advance

The oil under the diff worries me the most.
$4500 is a lot for the problems that this one has. I bought my '99 with 97k and a lot less problems for $3350 two years ago.
Then there's the issue of the headgaskets, and the likelihood that they're going to need replacing very, very soon, as you're already over the 100k mark.
If they can knock a grand off of that price, then I would consider it. Otherwise, keep looking, there are better examples out there for the same or less money.
