Drove it for a few more miles and we'll P0300 code returned Along with the 5 previous listed

While it's rare, I think your camshaft position sensor actually has gone. You're getting random misfires, not in any specific cylinder. You may also have a bad coil pack from the DTCs.

Edit: but check your connectors first!

Even those of us that work on these all the time don't necessarily memorize all the codes, good idea to google and post the LR code explanation. I recognize the 1300 and 1590 (abs), don't recognize the others. Best troubleshooting practice is the process of elimination by moving components left to right, one cylinder to the next. See if the codes move.
