Default Help with belt noise

Ok so I replaced the belt as part of maintenance and after about 3 weeks the belt squeals on the ac pulley.
the belt was a dayco. It only squeals when it’s cold for about 5-10 min

I took a video and a pic. The belt seems to ride a little to the outside on the pulley below ac compressor I don’t remember how it was before

I’m wondering if different belts have different groves etc

Had a similar issue with our 04, belt squealed for the first five or ten minutes, was a dayco. Had a brand new dayco, threw it on...only slightly better. So changed pullies, tensioner... no change. Bought Gates belt...issue gone.

You'd have thought l'd have figured it out sooner...since we had the same issue with dayco products at work...duh.

Gates.

Yeah, l believe l even changed the A/C compressor, after second dayco belt and changing tensioner/pullies. Was pulling my hair out trying to figure out squealing issue.

Started it up after putting on Gates belt...quiet as a mouse. I was like...you have to me freaking kidding me...lol.

There are those days when l wish l was close enough to work...to ride a bike.

Yeah, l'd changed all of the pullies, with no change...so l had a A/C delete belt off my old 01...so l removed drivers side idler pulley and installed delete belt...no noise...so l assumed it was compressor...changed it...put pulley back on and dayco belt...same issue...squealed like crazy. After stepping away from it for a moment and slowly putting the sledge hammer down...that was aimed towards the windshield...lol...started looking at delete belt and noticed it was a Gates...thought...maybe the dayco is the problem...and it was.

I’m still waiting for the belt I ordered Monday from rock auto. It’s embarrassing the shopping costs and delays.
Can’t stand this squeal it’s embarrassing. Hopefully it comes today and the noise stops
