Default HELP - Can't Figure Out Noise Concern

I have a 04 Disco II with 83k miles on it. I was driving down a windy road and I noticed a weird noise present when the car was turning left. Even on the slightest bit of the steering wheel being turned left, is causing the noise to appear. The noise sounds like a gurgle along a rotation, you can feel the noise under your feet on both the driver's and passenger's side. It does not happen in reverse, only going forward at all speed whenever the steering wheel is turned left at any point from slightly to complete left. I thought maybe it was a drive axle, but I beginning to think its something else cause you can feel it under your feet. I tried to get a video of it, however its a pretty low frequency noise and you cant hear it in any videos I tried to take. Any suggestions/help on what it could be?
