Default Help! Coolant Leak!

I just pulled into the drive and something blew... I am hemorrhaging coolant from somewhere under the AC compressor. I can't see the source, but from the evidence, it is somewhere on the left (driver) side under the compressor.

What is under there that could spring a leak? It's a rather large leak too. Probably lost a gallon of coolant in a matter of a minute.

Check your hoses. Good thing it was in the drive.

Shouldn't be anything other then the head gasket or the radiator blew and is blowing on that side of the engine.

Pulled the AC Compressor this morning... Found that the manifold preheater hose had a 1" split in it. Replaced it and all is well...

Thanks to all who offered advice!
