It does - order your gaskets and new nuts, might as well do both sides and soak those bolts with a lot of penetrating oil, do warm so it kind of sucks in as things cool.

When you go to remove the bolts go easy, very easy, if they come lose then get tight more penetrating oil above and below then tighten and loosen again. Just take your time and with luck they should come off without snapping.

Do not use a big breaker bar or a ton of force.

Which ones are these from Atlantic British? This one? I work for McMaster so if I can find out the size I can get them from work no problem.

When it's cold have someone hold a rag over the exhaust while you feel around where you think the leak is.

The shop vac idea works too.

That leak is bad enough you shouldnt have to do anything but feel around. Look at the MANIFOLD to pipe junction, where the pipes are welded, at the muffler, cat, etc.

Anyone know what size bolt and nuts are needed. Can't tell for sure but almost looks like one is missing or shorter than the rest...?

13mm wrench should do it, I think they are 3/8-20 threads but don't really remember.

That looks like someone broke a stud and left it there.

The exhaust stud ( ERR551) is a M8 x 1.25 x 25mm
You can get them at NAPA, or a decent local Hardware Store.

Awesome thanks, I work at McMaster so I'm sure I can get them from there. I'll have to take another look - I wonder if I can get the stud out or will have to drill it out or just replace the whole thing..?
