Just looking to see if / why the signal lights are not working. I don't know if these upper lights should be the turn indicator or not... the one on the bumper are low and not always easily seen by other drivers.

Should the upper lights blink for turn indicator too?

 

Not unless you modify the wiring. From the factory, only the bumper lights flash.
