Default HELP....Loosing Water Fast....

Please....I have a 2000 disco II with 80,000 miles.
I have a water leak under the right front of the car (looking at the car)right below the radiator....But the water leaking out is COLD!
My overflow tank keeps dropping and I must add more water.
Sometimes it just flows out...sometimes it stays in for longer.
Can't see anything from the top or bottom indicating the leak.
Looks like a faucet is on when leaking....
Took it to a mechanic but it stopped and he could see no evidence of a leak anywhere...he thought it might be washer fluid for headlamps...but that water is soapy...This is just clear, cool water....even when the engine is HOT....as the tank is emptying...I am sure it is from the readiator.....Anyone have ANY ideas?????
Thanks!

Are you adding coolant or water to the cooling system?
How much have you added?
Is the truck overheating?
