There was nothing shady about this. He was very transparent, and was borderline recommending I don't purchase it after finding out how bad it was. After talking to him on the phone a couple of times and as much as we've been emailing and texting, this guy is clearly a car enthusiast and I trust he wasn't trying to just make a buck off of me. I appreciate the concern though.
