Default Help with mysterious noise....

I have this noise that has been haunting me for a while. 90% of the time it occurs when the motor is cold. On occasion it happens when the motor is running at normal temp but it’s not as loud and it’s very quick. It happens between approximately between 1800rpm-2800rpm.

here is some background on my truck.
2000 disco 2

rebuilt motor with top hats on sleeves 7000mile ago

Lost a head gasket 3000miles(after rebuild) one of the arp stud bolt came lose after the the thread failed on the block. Install all steel thread inserts all the way around. I thought Maybe that was the noise I was hearing because of the lose bolt but the noise was there after 2nd rebuild.

Drive shaft???Replaced front drive shaft

Tranny????drain and refill trans

true trac limited slip maybe thats the noise? Not sure only 2 years old.

drain refill transfer box.

even took it too a Land Rover mechanic he thought maybe I was have a timing issue but he wasn’t sure.

Can a torque converter make that noise? Either way I’m not sure what that noise is. I’m hoping someone has had something similar.

video clip is my phone by the window.

thanks

I've heard that noise. Under acceleration/load. Turned out to be vacuum leak... Fuel injector O rings. That for me was at full temp high rpm steep grade 70mph. Check for any post MAF air intake.
