help replacing front bumper
I have a 2001 disco 2. I was in a small accident that broke both front corners of the bumper cover from the tire wells to the headlight washer jets. I have found a few different options to replace it with a steal bumper, which is a good alternative, but im not happy with the 'look' it delivers. When looking at the steel bumpers i noticed that they fit discovery 2 from 99-04. I do like the 04 bumper and even the LR3 discovery bumper. Does anyone know if I would be able to use either the '04 or the LR3 bumper with minor modifications on my Disco2? I like the styling with the round fog lights better and if im going to have to replace the bumper anyways I would like to go with something that looks a little better and functions better then the original stock bumper and fog lights. My Discovery was stock with the chrome front push bar and spot lights which i plan to keep as they were not damaged in the accident. I would appreciate any thoughts and knowledge anyone could provide.
I attached a picture of the Steel bumper I was thinking of, but If it wouldnt be too difficult I would much rather go with the LR3 bumper.
