Default Hid extra

I just purchased a set of the HID Extra H4's for my 1995 Discovery. I like to buy from the board sponsor. Anyone have any experience with these? I bought the Bi-xenon kit. I should have them next week sometime.

I have the bi-xenon kit from a different vendor. After installing the HID conversion I would never go back to halogen.

I was hoping someone would order from HID Extra since they sponsor the forum and give us a full report on how they work. Be sure to give us a full report after you initially install and an update after a month or 2 of operation so we know how they are doing.

H7 kit for '03-'04. If you wanted low and high you'd need two kits.

Let us know how it works out.. I have a 94 Disco and after a long night time road trip, I really am thinking about doing this conversion... Take some pictures and some notes along the way so guys like me can learn from your experiance..

Picture don't do justice to what is laid out in front of your truck every night while driving in the dark, pure white for twice the distance down the road best describes it.

I just installed my hid's from hid extra and have to say they look awesome. I got the 5000K bixenon kit. The installation was a snap, and they both fired up the first time, both are identical in brightness, and don't look too blue colored. I also like that the shipping was excellent. I will post some pics later on.

How is the light pattern?
How about the distance?
Is it raining? How do they work in the rain? Can you see better?
How much was the kit?
Do they blind on coming traffic?

For you guys with aftermarket HIDs, how often do you get "flashed" by oncoming driers? I really want to upgrade - I had factory HIDs on my X5 and miss them badly - however, I would like to think the light pattern is not too inconvenient for oncoming drivers.

So, how precise is the light pattern and how obnoxious are they for other drivers?

After installing my new HID's, on my D2 with a 3" lift, I never had to make any adjustment, the pattern gas very good and I have only had one person flash me in the past 4 months.
