Default High Idle is back.

I was so happy I fixed two things yesterday...

Now its back. What exactly controlls this? I can get a new ECM for dirt cheap. But I will still have to get it reflashed.

ONLYTHING I did yesterday was remove the brake caliper and wash underthe hood. I didnt go extremem just getting some mud off.

WWWHHHYYYYY!!

Clean your t/body and IAC and this should take care of it, if not, you may need a new IAC.

If you remember I just fixed this problem. Had the ECM reset. Now it's doing it
again but new characteristics. It does seem to die down bit I noticed while idling at a stop light it would rev and fall rev and fall. Like I was hitting the gas. It wasn't holding for long I mean like 1/2-1 second of rev the fall same time at idle then rev. I think I'll be getting a new ECM today

I think your ECU got wet.

Since you just had it "fixed" by the dealer take it back, it should still be under warranty.

So, out of curiosity, have you ever done what I suggested, cleaning the t/body and IAC, if so did that do anything for you?
