checked the plugs as in, you put a meter on the plug and had someone press the horn buttons?

have you unplugged the horns and applied voltage directly to them? even a 9 volt battery would give you some sound if the horns are in working order.

both the horns were dead on my '04. replaced them with the horn kit from Lucky8.

Jastutte are you sure a 9V battery will power a horn? They take quite a bit of power.

YEs, checked the plugs with a volt meter and button pressed. Even grounded one lead and touched each contact at plug with probe. Nothing
Replaced distribution block under hood. Nothing still

So the problem has to be between the relay and the horn connector. Maybe swap in a different relay if the power contacts are burnt up.

But you said that you hear the relay clicking when you press the buttons, right? If so, that would indicate that the clock spring coupler is working.

Default I ate the himble pie

Ok, received a big slice of humble pie

I am so used to all plugs being specific for each use and I was unaware that there were 2 plugs in a rubber sleeve that run along the front of the area in front of the condenser. These plugs just happen to be the exact same plugs as the horn plugs. Found the "real" horn plugs and plugged in Voila! Have horns!

Man i feel like a Dumbass. Thanks guys for all the help
