Horn and Radio has Power without key

So, I have read numerous places (and from the AB video on horn button replacement), that the D2 horn should not work without key turned. Add to that, in my case, I discovered today the radio powers on without a key (even inserted in ignition). Is this normal? I've never owned a car that allows you to listen to radio with no key (with exception of newer cars where the radio stays on for a period after turning car off).
Anyone else experience this? Do I have a relay problem? Times 2 between the horn and the radio both powering without key?

Yeah, the DII radio can be turned on with no key in the ignition. It stays on for 30 minutes and then turns off automatically.
As for the horn, every car or truck I've ever known would sound the horn without the key in the ignition. I just went out and tested my truck and the horn definitely works with no key, perhaps to the chagrin of my sleeping neighbors.
Sounds like your truck is perfectly normal with regard to these two things.
