Disco 2 2003. I need some help identifying this hose. I believe it is the source of my coolant leak but I can’t seem to find it in any diagram. Thank you.

I was able to identify the hose in the post above. The coolant leak is actually coming from the groove in the middle of the circle below. It is a slow constant flow while the engine is running. The flow stops when the engine stops. Can someone tell me how I can fix this and what I need to buy? Thank you.

The hose circled in the first picture is one of the power steering lines. The coolant leak is most likely leak further up the block. Likely causes are water pump, front cover, coolant outlet pipe, etc. You can add UV due to the system to help find the source but if it streaming out as you say it should be obvious.
Can you post photos from some better angles of the area where you think the leak is? That just looks like part of the cylinder head to me, and there wouldn't be a leak there unless it was cracked. There are a couple of coolant connections in that area though.
I’m in the military stationed overseas with no easy access to professionals or parts. I don’t have a lot of auto mechanic experience so a lot of the repair jobs are not pretty. All of these repairs are done in a parking lot with a jack and some stands.
Well…if it’s actually coming from that gasket, that’s the head gasket. There’s a water jacket there that definitely could leak, but there are also a few other leak points around that area that could make it appear it’s coming from the head gasket.
It is definitely coming from that spot. I can see the fluid bubbling out of it. What does that mean? And how can I fix it? I have some high temp JB Weld that I was thinking of throwing on there. In the attached video you can see the bubbling.
