Post HOT LIST - 2004 Disco Pick - one shot

I've managed to work a deal at a non-U-pull salvage yard to pull my own 2004 CDL shifter. Apparently the boys stripping the vehicles think it's harder than it's worth for them to do it. So that's my main goal, but I can pick some other things while I'm there. I will likely be picking it tomorrow.

What should I put on my HOT LIST??

Not a straight swap but it is doable.

Yep grab the SLABS unit for sure to make the CDL install 100% OEM setup. ****, metal plate (different cut out vs 99-02 D2's), complete linkage, and if you ever wanted the fat roof rails now is your chance.

I prefer 94-02 Glass headlights vs the leaky, foggy, moisture prone plastic models on 03-04 D2's. WAY to much trouble just so they look cool for a few days before they fog up and are worthless.

Just wondering how much they are charging you for the CDL shifter?

Bring a drill to drill out the rivets on the shifter plate on the tunnel.

Just some ideas, but:

1. Sunroof motors
2. Seat switches
3. Front Seat bottoms
4. Door locks
5. Steering Wheel (horn buttons at a minimum)
6. Inside fuse box
7. ECM, BCM, Inst cluster
8. A pillar cover (almost impossible to get off without breaking
9. Cowl panel
10. Radiator (A lot have new ones put in as part of pre-emptive cooling system repairs).
11. Drivers armrest
12 Front and rear bumpers
13. rear bumper trim
14. Tail door handle trim
15. Cupholders
16. Jack and toolkit
17. Airbox lid

Are there pics of the truck online?

Thanks for all the ideas. It sounds like this will possibly be an ongoing deal. This trip I just got the CDL shifter and SLABS unit.
