Default How the *$&% do you get a rear hub nut off a disc II?

This is a Right Rear wheel so theirs no way it can be reverse thread, correct?

I have torched it 4 times, hit it with penetrating oil.

I am using a 5' pipe over a breaker bar.

I have broken: 2 - 1/2" breaker bars, 3 - 1/2" extensions, a 1/2" drive ratchet, and a 1.25" socket.

I didn't forget to bend the locking part of the nut out of the keyway.

Ive also 2 different impact guns on it @115 psi, one of them is rated at 425 ft/lbs

its a 2003 with 113 miles on it, almost no rust. Has anyone had it this bad and figured out something I haven't tried here?

started with a harbor freight bar, bought a craftsman this morning, and shattered it within 5 minutes.

Ive been hitting it with wd-40 and liquid wrench. I'll grab some PB this afternoon

if you're breaking craftsman breaker bars then hit it with the PB blaster several times over the next day or 2

drive it to a tire shop and ask them to use a 3/4 impact gun on it to loosten it then hand tighten it and drive home .. when you get home you will be able to take it out .. tip the tire guy $10-$20

jycsalas, I have removed the wheel but have not tried to take the nut off with the truck in the air because it would only spin the other wheel. Why do you ask?

I got some PB, so ill keep hitting it with that periodically.

I went to 2 different shops today, one tried with a breaker bar and sent me away, and the other was too busy to look at it. I'll start looking at tire shops..

thanks for the tips

Bought a 3/4" impact wrench today that throws 1500 ft/lbs, spun it right off.

Unfortunately it was not the O-Ring, but the right rear hub assembly.. Thanks for all of the help and advice, hopefully I can find someone with a used hub

i bought a used rear right hub off ebay for about $80 and it worked..but it arrived dirty and spent too much time cleaning it before installing it. It should have been clean by the seller!! lol
