You can pull the throttle body and hit with a ton of carb cleaner
Get a citrus based degreaser pull the hoses and spray it down them, you can soak them overnight in a shallow pan. Then pour boiling hot water through them, repeat as required.
Do the PCV mod if you have not already that thing is going to be seriously clogged
The big aluminum bit (IAC I think) carb cleaner works fine - little bursts and a clean rag
Valve covers are tough, there is no good way to get the crap out with them in place. And you have secondary air which makes getting to them tough. You could try an oil soaked 7.62 or 308 cleaning
patch it worked well on mine, but my covers were off.

just ordered the the PCV on amazon, and I’ll start the cleaning tomorrow.
you think it has anything to do with my misfire situation?
@Carlos Man I would think if that was the issue all cylinders would be affected, but that is a lot of junk. It is possible that the valve seals on # 4 are going or weak in which case overpressure from a clogged PCV breather could be getting excessive oil into 4.

PCV doesn’t look to bad in my opinion... what do you think...
That's not the PCV, just the plastic nipple. There is no PCV until you do the mod and put one in that nipples place. The clog will be in the spiral oil separator located in the tube on the passenger valve cover.

Follow that hose (which is connected to the weak link plastic nipple) and the baffle/oil separator will on the other end just poking out at the valve cover. Remove it from the valve cover & install the hose, then toss the plastic nipple & install the FV308 on the intake side.
Sorry guys just wanna be clear here... is this the tube holding the baffle located on the driver side?
im not a mechanic but I take on most projects myself and like to be sure.
