I have a '96 disco SE7 and the cruise control doesn't work. Where do I start? I need to download a manual (any suggestions?) or a dummy prove step by step instruction.

I forgot to mention that I'm new at this fixing thing, I can recognize main things in the truck but these two not so sure. Never too late to learn .
So.... where is the vacuum line or the cruise control module?

Joey-On the passenger fender will be a black box looking thing and it will have a rubber hose coming out of it. Follow that rubber hose to everywhere it branches off to and check the ends of all the connections.
I took Liquid Tape and gooped up all the ends of mine and it has worked for 18+ months no problems.
