I have the RAVE Workshop manual, electrical library, electrical circuits, and '04 DII owners manual PDFs on my iPhone. I don't understand what the problem is.

I have that as well...but on a note 8. I have an huge amount of technical manuals for my military job and I use them all the time from my phone. What I like about my note, it has a pen, so I can select a color and draw right on the screen and save it. Very handy for saving notes, repair info.

it also does split screen so i can use two documents at once.
