How long will Land Rover honor TSB's

This TSB

(Land Rover TSB LTB00060)

This TSB was issued in 2007 regarding the Discovery II regarding the Three Amigos lights, does anyone know if Land Rover will still honor this repair?

A TSB is not a recall. It's an advisory about how to identify and address a problem. If the vehicle is out of warranty there is nothing else to "honor".
