dude, tell me you didn't put in a new t-stat and reused the 12-year old spring clamps.

I will admit, I reused mine. They were hard as heck to compress, and didn't feel brittle at all. I may regret it, but I've got wire in the back just in case...

Haha they're not 12 years old, they're less than 1 year old. Actually, coming up in 2 months they'll have their first birthday. That whole upper hose assembly was replaced when the HG job was done last July.

Zach, how do you like the SlickRock quick disconnects? Are the noisy on the road? Any issues? Would you recommend them?

They are sweet, I bet they're even sweeter when I eventually get to use them haha. I will let you know when that happens! I haven't gone off road once since I installed them, but they work perfectly as replacements for the stock links on the road. They are excellently built and I can't wait to try them out.
