Question How To : Remove Exterior Plastic Trim

Just got a 2004 Disco II and need to re do the trim pieces all around the bottom due to re spray or maybe vinyl wrap them, BUT I was trying to take them off last night and couldn't get them off.
Can someone post a link or give me some advice?
Am I maybe missing some screws holding them on?

Wheel arches are held on with double sided tape.

1. Start in one corner and heat the wheel arch with a hair dryer or heat gun
2. Pull until the wheel arch begins to give and heat and pull moving all the way around
3. Get ready for good times....get a polishing wheel or rubber wheel and start removing glue
4. Repeat for remaining wheel arches

Awesome! Thanks for the quick answer too 👍🏻
What about for the long pieces? I’ll post a pic of what I’m referring to.
