Make sure you lightly sand any really rough spots or it will show through. Repair any problems while head liner is out, sun roofs motors, sun roof drains etc. If you have a rear sun roof, there's a screw under that back roof panel, pop that tab out to get to it.
I obviously need to take a pic of it installed, but I used exterior latex color matched to the seat leather. I first put on two coats of Killz primer. Then two coats of color.
Mines still looking great. The only complaint I have is the latex paint sometimes creates a "sticky" sound where it contacts some of the interior plastic pieces...but I've lived with it.
