how to replace oil separator

Default how to replace oil separator

does anyone have photos how to replace oil separator? or please show me a link to the RAVE manual thank you very much

PCV Kit - BOSCH Engine - Land Rover kits from Atlantic British

Passenger side valve cover, its the only hose going from the valve cover to the intake.
Remove the hose from the valve cover, remove the oil separator, clean with carb cleaner, put it back.
I always stick the carb cleaner straw into the hose and spray into it too.

how do I open that hose clamp? very tight can't move

If it is one of the factory hose clamps cut it off with wire cutters or tin snips, whatever you have and then replace it with a worm clamp.
