Question How to seal the secondary air exhaust leak??

Several attempts to solve my annoying exhaust leak have failed... I have found the problem to be in the connecting of the secondary pipes. It seems as if you don't get these perfect, it would be impossible to seal it off.

Could I make a gasket or something to put in there to stop the leak?

Do I need to buy a new set-up, which I dont want to do? or is there a trick to sealing it off??

Thanks again like always!

Are you sure it's the SAI pipe? Where at? At the union nut/s?

Only asking because I had annoying leak which which I thought was a cracked exhaust manifold. I almost pulled the trigger on a set on Ebay, but decided to investigate further. Turns out the weld on my downpipe flange had cracked.

Moral here is make sure you check and double check. Can you hear or feel it leaking? You will also see a white carbon build-up.

Im pretty sure thats the leak, since I have tried to fix it the noise is the same but louder.. and we did the SeaFoam smoke test and that seemed to be the spot of the smoke..
And yes the leak seems to be at the connection nut
