Default How to set the Drive-Away door locks & day time running lights?

2004 Disco II SE7 4.6 V8

How to set the Drive-Away door locks & day time running lights?

Noob question but my manual says "see dealer".... Can I set these preferences myself?

You need to install a relay (black relay with green stripe) + program the BCU to turn on the daytime running light feature. I used my Nanocom Evolution unit to re-program the BCU. I understand the Hawkeye unit can also do this. A dealer or a LR shop can do this for you. It takes 5 mins to do so.

Same, needs to be set by a dealer or someone with the proper programmer.

Im lost here.... daytime running lights? I always drive with my headlights on day or night. I just turn on the headlights and wahla! Am I missing something?

Auto ON. Just drive away and they are on. That way, you never forget to turn them back off.

I don't have an auto on setting on my stalk or dash....how do you do it?

The day time running lights are the fog lamps and they can be set turn on and off with the engine on automatically. I think I just need to get the relay and change the code.
